Limitation of Liability
The lemonstreet gallery accepts no responsibility for events or actions beyond its control or for damage or loss caused by any other person. Availability of work and pricing is subject to change without notice.

Deemed acceptance
Unless the buyer immediately following delivery inspects the work and notifies the gallery of any defect found the work shall be deemed to have been accepted on delivery.

Shipping
We will arrange delivery of purchased art-work worldwide. All major Credit cards are accepted. Framed work will be shipped by DHL or similar, and will be fully insured.

Title and risk
Title to the work purchased shall pass to the buyer only when payment is made in full.

Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Ireland shall govern any purchase of work from the lemonstreet gallery.
