The lemonstreet gallery accepts no responsibility for events or actions beyond its control or for damage or loss caused by any other person. Availability of work is subject to change without notice.

Right to return purchased work.
Every effort is made to ensure that the reproduction of images, mount boards and frames is accurate. If you are unhappy with work purchased from this website please return it to us, undamaged, within ten days of receipt and the purchase price will be refunded in full.

Deemed acceptance
Unless the buyer immediately following delivery inspects the work and notifies the gallery of any defect found the work shall be deemed to have been accepted on delivery.

Shipping
We will arrange delivery of purchased art-work worldwide. All major Credit cards are accepted. Framed work will be shipped by DHL, except within Ireland where we use other services to cut down on delivery charges, and will be fully insured.

Title and risk
Title to the work purchased shall pass to the buyer only when payment is made in full.

Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Ireland shall govern any purchase of work from the lemonstreet gallery.
